Hi, I'm Ronald Hart!
I'm a primary school teacher, teacher-librarian and author. I created the world of Wattle Creek during my many years of teaching middle primary school children, and the funny stories I wrote and shared time and time again with my students have finally been published. With illustrations by Australian illustrator, Craig Smith, this collection of stories is one children will not be able to stop reading.
I wrote Dangerous Creatures for 8-11 year-old children (and adults too, like me) who love laughing at the silly and unexpected.
Join Miss Strickland and her crazy Year Five class at Wattle Creek Primary School — there is nothing normal about this class!
Click here to find out more about me.
Normal school days in Miss Strickland’s Year Five class are extremely rare.
There’s Tiffany, who is sure she will be a supermodel one day (just ask her).
There’s Joshua, who is absolutely determined to cause trouble (just ask anyone).
And then there’s the rest of the class… who somehow end up in the middle of exploding science experiments, runaway inventions, very sticky glue, a chaotic fancy dress day and stinky gas.
When crazy and mysterious things start happening - including a tiny late-night visitor with a serious problem - it becomes clear that this is no ordinary class.
Funny, fast and just a little unbelievable - this is one classroom where anything can happen and usually does.
Meet Tiffany and the other students of Wattle Creek Primary School through puzzles, colouring pages and fun activities!
They are free to download and print.
